It has a spacious screened/open porch with a propane grill, T.V., and outdoor furniture. It includes access to many amenities such as a beach, swimming pool, fishing pier, boardwalk, mini-golf, basketball and sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, a horseshoe pit, restaurant/bar & grill, boat ramp, and the Uwharrie National Forest and trails.
