Beauty bright villa on Lake Garda

The villa completely surrounded by green hills, but less than two kilometers from the Lake, offers guests three cozy bedrooms, decorated in three different themes. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the first romantic shades of pink has a private balcony, the second is a bright room with soft colors and relaxing with views of the garden and the surrounding valley. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and a dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is new and is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker espresso machine, coffee maker and oven heats briches. Our villa, surrounded by a large garden, dips perfectly into the surrounding countryside that is around on the low hills of Lake Garda. This is definitely a strategic position as we are right in the heart of bicycle paths Valtenesi (is Lonato-Salo; around the lower lake; Rezzato ring-Gavardo-Salo-Lonato) and a few kilometers away from the major golf courses in the area ( Arzaga in Calvagese; Garda Golf at Soiano; Chervò San Vigilio Pozzolengo). Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.
