A beautiful five bedroom converted barn in Sud-Charente in France with a separate one bedroom cottage and swimming pool. With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

Eiffel at Bassinaud - relaxing and well-equipped

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Aubeterre sur Dronne, Saint Emilion, parmi les plus beaux villages de France sont à découvrir.

La Chaumière

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers charming 4-star accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private, enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

Les Frênes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Bienvenue à la villa Buff-ô-T'iu ! C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre en famille. Le jardin arboré est idéal pour passer des moments paisibles. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse privée ainsi que du salon de jardin. Les enfants pourront s'amuser en toute sécurité dans le jardin clôturé. Pour les beaux jours et avec mon autorisation vous pourrez également accéder à la piscine entièrement clôturée. Et si le temps le permet, vous pourrez même rencontrer nos amis à fourrure, les ânes ! 🫏

Vous pouvez vous reposer dans le calme et la campagne du sud-Charente dans notre grand gîte de charme. Nous vous réservons un accueil familiale et vous guiderons sur les activités de la région. Grand parc ombragé, billard et une bibliothèque, ainsi qu'un terrain de pétanque. Nous acceptons 18 pers maximum. Pas d'animaux.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
