Paris centre ville, 17ème arrondissement proche de tous commerces : restaurants, super marchés, boulangeries... et des transports en commun : métros, bus, tramways, trains… Douche et toilettes partagés par 4 personnes sur chaque étage. Monuments et édifices touristiques à proximité : Sacré Cœur(15mn par bus) Arc de Triomphe(32mn bus) Tour Eiffel(39mn bus) Musée du LOUVRE(30mn bus)

Mon logement est proche de La gare Montparnasse, le jardin du Luxembourg, saint-Germain des prés, Tour Montparnasse, parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Nombreux moyens de transport à moins de 3 minutes à pieds de l'hôtel : Méto VAVIN, EDGAR-QUINET, MONTPARNASSE.

Chambre non fumeur pour 1 personne, meublée avec lavabo et lit en 90x190. Elle est située au rdc. Toilettes (au 1er étage) et douche (au 2ème étage), sur le palier, à partager avec 4 autres locataires d'autres chambres. A 50 mètres de la station de tramway T2 "Les Milons" (Ligne La Défense - Porte de Versailles) Parquet neuf, peinture refaite, Bureau, chaise, Etagères neufs. La chambre a été refaite mais pas les parties communes, vieillissantes mais propre. Hôtel et quartier calme
