Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

✨ Enjoy a relaxing stay in our upstairs Casita apartment, complete with a private entrance that leads to a cozy BBQ patio. This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious California king bed with fresh white linens for a restful night’s sleep. (Please note: the master bedroom does not have a door. The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. The space is adjacent to our commercial kitchen, which is used to make jam, pickles etc. from the farms produce. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.
