Guest suite with private entrance in basement of ranch-style home in the beautiful Crescenta Valley. Featuring a double bedroom, bathroom, and a living area (with a connecting door to the bedroom that can be locked) with a sofa bed, dining table, mini fridge, toaster and microwave. The guest suite opens up to a covered patio and the shared back yard. Please note: this is a family home so there can be noise from above; and the bathroom ceiling is low so this may not be suitable for taller guests!

The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.
