A beautiful cottage beside the river, huge bedroom upstairs with four-poster bed. Small kitchen, shower and dining area downstairs. Your own fire pit with river views, the cottage is well away from the main house. River access, for kayaking or fishing, or just sitting and relaxing. 3 kms from the award winning Spirit House Restaurant, a perfect stay if you are attending Its cooking school, or enjoying dinner there. We are 1.5km from the Rocks restaurant, ideal if attending a wedding at The Rocks

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various restaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

A very comfortable 2 bedroom granny flat in a great location, sea breezes and views. No air conditioner or washing machine. Close to Currimundi Lake and beaches. Lots of great coastal walking and bike tracks. Walk to Currimundi shops. 10 minute drive to University Hospital. It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, No on the driveway after unpacking your car as we need access to the garage.

We live on a sloping block and there are steep stairs to get down our driveway and into the guest suite. Our beautiful home is located in Coolum Beach and is only 2km from the main street/beach which is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from cafes, beach, banks and restaurants. We have a 1-bedroom self contained apartment with kitchen, separate lounge & dining area, a bathroom with separate toilet, a backyard with complete separate access and complete privacy

A private and fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment for art and beach lovers alike, just a mere 500m to the Alex beach. You will be surrounded by abstract art in this new space with plenty of entertainment within - Netflix, wifi, board games, books and lawn games such as croquet. Explore the local area’s of Cotton tree, Ocean st and the sunshine plaza all within a kilometre’s reach. We are available when needed as we live just above the apartment.

Mooloolaba’s Private Guest Studio Room

Newly renovated studio is seperate to the main house and has it’s own entrance and is complete with its own kitchenette, TV and private bathroom. Suitable for 2 adults (and kids on request) Tea and Instant Coffee are available for your convenience along with basic condiments for cooking. This private area is 1km walk from the beach and is great for exploring the area with your partner, family or just away on business, than this is the place for you.
