The Renaissance Fair is 2 miles away, NASCAR Charlotte Motor Speedway-9 miles away, Concord Mills - 6 miles away, Birkdale Village-7miles away, Davidson College-9 miles away while Uptown CLT is a quick 20 minute drive. Feel like you're in the country on this large lot while being moments from all the luxuries of the city! RVs, campers, motorhomes and pets are welcome. Pet cleaning fee applies.

Year round adventure is waiting just for you.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the charming neighborhood. From grocery stores to restaurants, farmers markets, antiquing, beautiful parks and kayaking at the marina, there's something for everyone. The peaceful neighborhood and designated parking spaces make our place the perfect location for exploring Lake Norman, Mooresville and Charlotte.
