Guest suite (300sf, 59 ft from owner’s home) on a former horse farm in the woods only 15 min from uptown Charlotte, close to the cute town of Matthews and less than 5 min to shopping, restaurants & greenway. Enjoy waking up to deer and hearing owls & crickets, as if you're not in a city at all. Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on your own private deck, by the firepit or up in the trees. *** new development being built in front of property contributing to a rougher gravel road to the property.

Lake Norman private retreat

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Lake Norman is a busy, fun lake with activities and boat traffic year round but our place is quiet and relaxing with lots of birds and wildlife and a very private feel. No pets

Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

***Before booking please note, through June 2025 the main house will have a kitchen remodel and there will be loud noises M-Sa from about 830-4. Only book if you will be here to sleep or will not be bothered by potential noise. *** Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.

WINDY HILL: A Tranquil Retreat A quiet apartment adjoins a main house on five acres of woods and pastures. Located in east Charlotte, it's an easy drive to Uptown (20 minutes). The apartment has a separate outside entry & parking. Bedroom has luxury king bedding, ample storage, black-out curtains, small desk area, closet, & en suite bath. Relax in an eclectic living/dining/work area with Smart TV. Kitchen includes dishes, cookware, and breakfast items.

We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.

Relax on the hammock or enjoy sitting on the swing by the small pond listening to the water fall. It's the perfect space to unwind.

Big Water, Cozy Duplex at LKN!

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

The Lawson Suite (private, with separate entry)

The Lawson Home is close to Lake Norman, and is perfect summer or Fall getaway. Lake Norman has so much to offer! Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more!

The Lodge at 7 Oaks

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
