Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in Moso in Passiria/Moos in Passeier the holiday apartment "Sunnseitn Lodge Alps" impresses guests with its spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The 35 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This holiday home features a private balcony and a shared garden, which you can use. Public transport is within walking distance.

Pfandlerhof Ferienwohnung Rot

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
