Casa Mondrian is the perfect retreat for those who want to isolate away from their busy life.. Very spacious rooms designed to lift your spirit with great comfort. It was built in 1973 after modernist influences, the interiors were recently completed at very high standards. It enjoys an elevated position of about 500 m. on a hill, looking down to valleys and across lower hills It is a heaven for those who want peace and luxury. Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Casolare antico ristrutturato, diviso in appartamenti di varia dimensione. Dista pochi km da Montefalco e dalle principali città d'arte dell'Umbria. Dispone di ampio giardino, area giochi, barbecue, piscina attrezzata, parcheggio. L'appartamento è un bilocale, al piano primo, con camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia con box, e ingresso con angolo cottura/zona giorno e doppio divano letto. Esternamente dispone di gazebo con tavolo e sedie.
