Enjoy a stay at this ideally located studio. Just minutes walk from the harbour, sea, coastal path, shops, restaurants, train and bus staion. It's an ideal base for exploring Mid and West Wales. It has been renovated to offer a stunning 3 bedroom holiday house with open plan kitchen and diner downstairs and a living room which opens out onto a balcony upstairs for breathtaking views over cardigan bay. It is within walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants and boutique cinema. You can enjoy the beach and coastal path on your doorstep or take a drive inland to nearby Aberystwyth.

A single-storey detached property, our cottage is set back from the road in a quiet hamlet with views overlooking open farmland. Bounded by a stream, the cottage is comfortably furnished and offers a double bedroom, large fitted kitchen, shower room and a large living/dining room with sofa bed (small double). There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, to explore Aberystwyth & the surrounding area. Nicely decorated & kitted out for comfort & enjoyment. Bright, clean & close to all amenities. Less then 5 minutes walk to the sea, marina, train station, shops, town, river, cycle route, football stadium, bars & restaurants. We will consider a family of 5, otherwise it is 4 guests maximum. There is a cleaning fee of £60 for third party bookings.

This delightful shepherd's hut situated on our smallholding in West Wales (lovingly built using low impact and reclaimed materials), offers a fantastic base to explore the nearby beaches, mountains and other attractions. The thoughtfully furnished interior includes a super comfy double bed, simple kitchen and cosy woodburner. Outside is a large decking area, your own unique walk in spiral shower and a separate compost loo.

The Green Room

The Green Room is attached to our family home, with a comfortable double bed, adjoining wetroom and kitchenette, in a convenient town location, easy access to railway and bus links, and off-road parking. With FTTP internet access, television with a full Sky package (including Sports and Cinema), Blu-ray player with discs and your own key and separate door you can come and go as you please. Well behaved pets are welcome.
