Here you may see the wild turkey showcasing his feathers in his mating ritual or several deer grazing on the grass in the nearby field.

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

Price includes a 13% local tax. We are on gated 3 acres. The pool sits between the guest house and our house.
