Este alojamiento de dos dormitorios con un baño completo con un gran salon y terraza y una cocina completa dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia de lo mas agradable. En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad al lado de una playa de arena negra y muy cerca del centro del pueblo en donde encontrareis varios restaurantes y cafeterias, un banco y cajero automatico, farmacia, peluqurias y centros de belleza, tiendas y supermercado y otros centros de entretenimiento.

Stunning little house 20 meters to the beach!

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”

Mi alojamiento es bueno para personas que buscan el descanso y la intimidad. Si los huéspedes quieren, no tienen que tener contacto directo con otras personas. El bungalow está en primera fila al mar y tiene vistas increíbles. Proporcionamos toallas limpias cada 4 días y sábanas limpias cada 7 días. Si se viaja con niños, hay un sofá-cama en el salón para que puedan dormir 2 niños cómodamente (suplemento de 10€ por día para niño extra).

Neem de trap naar de straat beneden waar de boulevard begint, met al zijn winkels en restaurants. Of steek deze straat over om het heerlijke strand op te gaan. Dit alles vanuit je volledig ingerichte appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien en is gelegen in een rustig appartementencomplex.

Perfecta ubicación, a 200 m de la mejor playa de la isla (playa de bandera azul, socorristas, sombrillas..). Restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas...Con aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Frontline apartment in La Santa, 20m from sea and directly on the coastal promenade pathway. The appartment is in the first floor with private terrace with sea view, sunset and promenade There is a big communal terrace as well in third floor. Its not very used so a good chance to stay there on your own.
