The lake is famous for fishing, the home is near a marina where you can rent boats or put your own boat in and drive it to the home. There are some good hunting spots nearby, as well. This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles.
