Acest studio a fost gândit astfel încât să surprindă conceptul de modern, dar totodată să fie cozy si primitor pentru oaspeții săi. Camera principală a fost compartimentată pentru a putea avea un spațiu separat pentru dormitor un living cozy și o bucătărie utilată cu tot ceea ce este necesar. Zona în care este amplasat blocul este o zonă exclusivistă, liniștită, apartamentul făcând parte dintr-un complex nou și modern, recent construit. De asemenea, există și un loc de parcare oferit clienților.

Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona centrala, intr-un complex rezidential nou la 1.3km de Piata Unirii. O plimbare usoara de 10 minute va aduce acolo, fiind locul perfect pentru a savura un ceai, o cafea sau un Aperol la numeroasele terase. Unul dintre cele mai populare locuri de shopping din oras, Iulius Mall, se afla la 1.2km si poate fi ajuns dupa o scurta plimbare. Locul de parcare in garajul subteran este inclus pentru a va putea bucura din plin de sejurul sau sedera prelungita.
