The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Upstairs has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom 1 x double, 2 singles - in total, upstairs sleeps 6) Downstairs also has living area, kitchen and bathroom, laundry and 1 bedroom (1x queen and 2 singles)-sleeps 4. Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one huge deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a 2 covered outdoor areas. Perfect for 2 families.
