We would love to welcome you to enjoy our lovely, boutique studio with beautiful views over the Ohope Beach and iconic Whale and White Islands. This studio ideally suits a single/couple.( Not suitable for children) Ohope - voted NZs favourite beach - great swimming, lovely walks close by or simply walk down the beach. Close to Whakatane - a great little town with boutique shopping and dining venues. Come and relax or take the opportunity to do charter fishing or trip to Whale Island. ENJOY!

Valley Cabins, White Pine Bush Cabins

We are contactless accommodation-Self check in and check out. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by a stunning valley, looking out across rolling paddocks and your own quiet peaceful cabins. Only 13 minutes drive to Whakatane, and 9 minutes to awakeri. One cabin has a Queen bed, heat pump and modern bathroom. The other has a full Kitchen, dining and living space, joined together by a large deck that catches the afternoon sun across the valley. Your only neighbors may be a few of sheep or odd cow.

Private Self Contained Studio Centrally Located!

The self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. It is great to get so many positive reviews for our Studio.

Beachfront Bach Wainui Gisborne

Beach front bach on Wainui Beach. Fantastic views whatever the weather, stunning surf beach, the bach overlooks it all. Wow factor sun rises, keep the curtains open and have a treat! The cottage has a queen bed in an annex in the main area so you can wake up to the view, or watch the waves at night under the moon. There are bunks in the bedroom, a heat pump for toastie winters, this place is a rustic humble piece of kiwiana beachlife, a total rejuvination space and a surfers heaven.

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Central, Spacious and Comfortable Retreat

Our spacious and comfortable retreat is located in central Gisborne, only a short stroll (200m) away from Ballance Street Village, where you will find great food, coffee and many other bare necessities (post, gift shop, florist, pharmacy, liquor store, etc). Your sunny room is self-contained and situated in a private area of the house with independent access and contactless entry system. Enjoy a luxury king bed, Wi-Fi, TV (freeview, Netflix), workspace and kitchenette.

Bush haven private studio

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Wainui Beach Studio, Gisborne

Our tiny house is tucked away on a peaceful semi-rural lane, offering an ideal stay for individuals or couples. Just a 5-minute walk to Wainui Beach and a short 5-minute drive to downtown Gisborne, you’ll have easy access to both Gissy’s most scenic beach and the city center. Whether you’re here for a relaxing beach break, a work trip, or a surf session, our cozy tiny house is the perfect base for your stay.

Seagull Cottage - a riverside bach near the beach.

Find your calm at Seagull Cottage. Being right on the river, only a short stroll to the beach, and next to all the bike trails - it's the perfect holiday home to enjoy all your favorite activities from boogie boarding, biking and fishing to reading, napping and board games. This little bach brings it all together in the perfect location with a big garden and sunrise/sunset seat overlooking the river.

Windsor Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This well-preserved historic villa has 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There is a covered deck at the back with table and chairs. Plenty of off street parking. Within walking distance to the town center and the newly-built skate park, it’s also conveniently located to beaches, fishing, and the famous Motu cycle trail.

Puka Pod by the beach

A stylish, comfortable pod set up to give you maximum privacy as you enjoy our excellent location. Just across the road is Waikanae beach and the always popular Captain Morgans. Just a short walk will have you in the centre of the city or follow the beautiful boardwalk around to some of our best restaurants.
