There are no cameras anywhere in the house or on the property. We are 5 minutes from Carolina's Treetop Challenge. Charlotte is 1 hour away. Morrow Mountain, Lake Tillery—Badin Lake, is a twenty-minute ride. Dennis Vineyards is 8 miles away. Guests over one are an additional $15 per day per person (kids under 2 N/C a pet charge of $10 per day per animal. Pets MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. (Airbnb cannot charge the correct "daily" pet fee.) We will ask for any difference after you book.

Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. NEWLY RENOVATED, with brand-new furnishings. Studio efficiency with tranquil setting. Situated on our 10-acre property. Come and go as you please, studio has small kitchenette equipped w/refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Bed is FULL size and very comfortable. Coffee and tea with some spices provided. Full size shower in bath, with soap, etc. THIS UNIT IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS, maximum weight on bed is 400 pounds due to manufacturers recommendations.

The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.

This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. Sitting on 20 acres of land, and slightly off the main road, it is a perfect place to relax, unplug and get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. It is sparkling clean, has all the modern amenities and is decorated to make you feel right at home. Even though this is a farmhouse, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
