The outdoor oasis includes a huge 65 inch Smart TV, ambient lighting, outdoor ceiling fan, propane fire pit, and dining and lounging area. Street parking is free and ample.

The unit is independent; just the outdoor patio/play space is shared. This apartment is above our garage which is just behind our house.
