Top Floor 2 Bed Sunny Loft - Right off Main Street

Our top floor condo is an oasis in the middle of everything. Its well located just 1 block off main street (Colorado Ave), a 3-min walk to the ski resort (Chair 7), steps away from two of the best restaurants in town (There Bar and Siam) and on the same block as the grocery store. There's a ski locker on the ground level, indoor parking (first come, first serve), an awesome lobby with a fireplace and deck with hot tub, and a beautiful shared backyard. This is our favorite location in Telluride.

This cozy duplex has a great location right in Silverton, Colorado just a couple minutes walk from Main Street, the grocery store, liquor store, and everything else town has to offer. Windows specifically placed for views and decorative relics from the early mining days give you the feeling of historic Silverton with the comforts of a modern stay. From the front yard you can hear the waterfall on Kendall and watch the train chug into town. Truly the perfect stay all your San Juan adventures.

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #017564) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

In Town Studio - Quality, Comfort and Value!

Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Please read the reviews for the inside scoop of what it's like to stay in our comfy, cozy studio. The studio does not have a conventional kitchen. Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream.
