A small ensuite flat amongst the fields

Our "annex" sits in perfect solitude behind our garage. surrounded by only farming fields with no neighbours the flat gives peace and quiet to all who stay. Both the bedroom and shower wet room have large windows to make the most of the beautiful view into the woodlands and further afield. there is a small space outside with a bench to sit and watch the sun set over the field. you are welcome to bring a BBQ with you to enjoy the view with outside cooking! Please note there is no TV in the space

Beckfields farm cottage. Staffs Moorlands

A delightful country cottage within the glorious Staffordshire Moorlands with amazing views over Staffordshire and Cheshire. A conservatory, games room secluded garden with BBQ and Gazebo Ideal for walking, cycling and sight-seeing. In quite a rural location yet close to local shops We are within 12 miles of Capesthorne Hall and only 10 minutes to Biddulph Grange gardens, . It's a scenic drive to historic Leek, Buxton, The Potteries, Trentham Estate, Alton Towers (50mins) and Jodrell Bank

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Sky View Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Introducing our brand new Sky View Lodge (completed June 2024). With plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy their stay on the peak of Staffordshire Moorlands surrounded by breath-taking views of the rolling hills that make the Peak District National Park, with fantastic walking and cycling routes in abundance. Once you step out of the lodge, the panoramic views of the surrounding areas offer some of the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

Waters Edge

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Owls Loft - cosy getaway with far reaching views

Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Welcome to the Mariannerie! This cosy cottage nestles under two enormous oak trees in a large garden, with views over open fields. Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

Cloud View at Ever-Rest

Stay cozy over the colder period and join us to enjoy our beautiful apartment. Whatever your winter tipple maybe, enjoy it in front of our log burner. Cloud View at Ever-Rest is located in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Gillow Heath is a quiet rural area, very near the Cheshire boarder, offering lovely views. The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break.

Mill House Farm Cottage, near the Peak District

This Grade II listed cottage on the edge of the Peak District offers comfortable living in an historic setting. It is joined to the main farmhouse, and is fully self contained. Set within a 60 acre farm, on the outskirts of Bosley. it is within easy reach of the towns of Congleton, Macclesfield, Leek and Buxton. Alton Towers is 35 minutes away. Further afield the M6, Manchester and Manchester Airport are easily accessed.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.

The Studio, Betley

This large living/bedroom space has its own private access for the guest's sole use. Situated in the quiet village of Betley it is walking distance to the village shop and three pubs (two serve food). Lots of places for country walks and has easy access to the M6/A500, Keele University and Crewe mainline rail station.

Spacious Private Annex

Our beautifully presented private annex provides a perfect base for your stay (now with microwave following popular demand!). We’re conveniently located just off the M6 near J16/17. Our property is an ideal spot for families wanting to explore the area, small cycling/walking groups or for those just passing through.
