This house is located in the historical part of Marmaris, in the old town near Castle of Marmaris and Archaeological Museum. It offers the best sea view. Bars, restaurants, and the Marina are just a 3-4 minute walk away. As the house is in the old town, cars are not allowed, but nearby municipal parking is available. This space is semi-outdoor space, with a retractable tarp to enjoy the breeze and open space and sun, but also to close and protect in rare rainy or stormy weather. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset over the mountains, delta and lake. It is located right next to the main road, with parking right in front of the space.

"ROCK" Comfortable House by the Sea

4 Houses, located just above the marina, one bedroom and one saloon with balcony. It consists of a seafront, scenic, central and well-furnished house. This house is located on the first floor of our building. There is a 160X200 double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is a spacious furnished house with an American kitchen, a large balcony and a sea view.
