Welcome to our Scandinavian timber-cladded cabin situated in a quiet rural setting only 6km from Athenry town with its medieval castle, cosy pubs, good restaurants, and shops. Athenry has rail/bus connections with Dublin, Limerick and Galway City. An ideal spot from which to plan your excursions: head west to Galway City (23km); or southwest via Kinvara (24km) to the Burren (43km); and then to the Cliffs of Moher (70km). Or, go east to Loughrea (19km) where there's safe summer lake swimming.

Ideal for access to Galway city, Aran Islands and Conamara. We own a beautiful 5 yr old German Shep X doggie. She will make your visit extra special if you like dogs! Our room has a massive motorised sofa couch, everything you need. very good cafes,bars, grocery shop and restaurants nearby. Bus and taxi nearby.
