Our apartment sits right on the shores of Lough Conn in the heart of County Mayo, offering breathtaking views across the water and islands, with Nephin Mountain as your backdrop. Set on a private and secluded lakeside property, you can stroll along our sandy beach, wander through woodlands, reconnect with nature, swim in the lake, cast a line, or make friends with our donkeys. Complete with a private hot tub, sauna and private jetty to have a dip. A perfect base for touring the west of Ireland.

Space offers a comfortable bed, your own ensuite with hot shower and a tasty coffee before heading out to discover. 25 minute walk via Lough Atalia pathway from bus/train station [Cliffs of Moher and Connemara tours depart from here]. Includes mini fridge, microwave, TV, kettle, coffee table and limited storage. Free on-street parking and laundry service. Space directly adjoins our main family home. Please note while space is very compact as per pictures it's also suitable for long-term stays.

Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip
