Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

The house is newly built and fully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils , as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. il monolocale, situato nella parte più alta dello stazzo, ha una vista incantevole sulla laguna, sul mare e sul verde circostante. La natura, coi suoi colori, profumi , rumori, vi abbraccerà completamente. Potrete ammirare l' alba, il tramonto, la luna, le stelle e persino la via lattea. A pochi minuti in auto si raggiungono la bellissima spiaggia di Feraxi e le incantevoli calette Porto S'Ilixi e Cala Sa Figu. Nel vicino paesino di San Priamo, un ottimo ristorante e un minimarket.

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.
