La casa Banano vede il mare, ha una piscina privata e sul retro un cortile con piante di banano e un barbecue. Gli spazi esterni sono arredati per pranzare e prendere il sole a bordo piscina. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli, a scelta. il living è spazioso e fornito di un camino, due comodi letti divano e un tavolo da pranzo. Dispone di un angolo cottura attrezzato di tutto, 4 fuochi a induzione forno lavastoviglie e frigo. lo stazzo è dotato di 1 Bagno e armadi spaziosi.

The house is located on the edge of the village of Villaputzu in a very quiet location and beautiful nature, is 10 minutes by car from Porto Corallo beach and 1 hour from Cagliari airport . The market, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house is newly built and fully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils , as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. il monolocale, situato nella parte più alta dello stazzo, ha una vista incantevole sulla laguna, sul mare e sul verde circostante. La natura, coi suoi colori, profumi , rumori, vi abbraccerà completamente. Potrete ammirare l' alba, il tramonto, la luna, le stelle e persino la via lattea. A pochi minuti in auto si raggiungono la bellissima spiaggia di Feraxi e le incantevoli calette Porto S'Ilixi e Cala Sa Figu. Nel vicino paesino di San Priamo, un ottimo ristorante e un minimarket.

Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.
