This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning often with beautiful sunsets. We are a 5 mins drive to Greymouth and it is 1 km neat to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. Our house is located in central Hanmer in the Village Lakes subdivision. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom's 1 and bedroom 4 both have ensuites while the other two rooms share a bathroom. This is a family friendly house and there are plenty of toys and books to entertain your children. In the large kitchen you will find all your home convinces, such as a dishwasher, microwave, nespresso, soda stream, and slow cooker.
