Welcome to our newly renovated house River Cottage, 16km from Springs Junction. Set on its own section, with mountain views, surrounded by farmland, a short walk to the fantastic Maruia river. The river is ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking, gold panning. We are located halfway between Christchurch and Nelson, enjoy a relaxing stop off on your journey or bring the family and enjoy a fantastic rural get away. Bike tracks, walks, including the Lake Daniel's day track are in the Buller area

#4 Countryside Cabin

Set on the grounds of Murchison Motorhome Park is this Queen bed cabin suitable for one or two adults only (no pets, children, or Additional guests). Guests will have access to the kitchen and bathrooms in the main building which includes a log fire and hot showers and coined operated laundry. If joining us in summer, you will love our walking track and outside garden area with access to some of the best river swimming spots in the area. Bring your own breakfast. LATEST check-in time is 8pm.

Travelling North or South and need a stop over ? We are just off Highway 6 at beautiful Gowan Bridge. On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. Our log cabin is located on a 50acre lifestyle farm in a hidden valley an hour south of Nelson and 40 minutes north of Murchison. It is peaceful and private with stunning mountain views and space to relax. With no traffic noise, the only sounds you will hear are the native birdsong and the Little Hope River running gently beside the property. NO Discrimination - everybody is welcome here.
