Available for whatever you need- and your experience will be very private The house is close to the Sugar House neighborhood, with tons of shopping and dining options. Coffee shops and a market are within walking distance of the house. It's a 10-minute drive to downtown and half an hour to world-class ski resorts. If you have a car, you can park directly in front. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as a good public transport system, with a bus stop half a block away This is a separate entrance, completely private basement apartment. There may be occasional noise from upstairs, but nothing that will affect your serenity. Please be conscious & courteous of your upstairs neighbors as well.

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
