Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. NB: we only accept guests with 5 star reviews (esp House Rules). No 3rd party bookings or work crews.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Narrabeen Luxury Beachpad

Between the lagoon and the ocean…. Clever architectural design with full size well equipped kitchen and beautiful private sunny balcony. This is a one bedroom freestanding fully self contained private elevated dwelling amongst the giant bamboo, Bangalow palms and bromeliads with lake glimpses and ocean breezes. If you're looking for somewhere out of the ordinary, in an outstanding location just minutes walk to the beach, and a little more special than the rest, you will not be disappointed.

The LakeHouse BnB on Lake Macquarie, Murrays Beach

This self-contained unit is ground floor, with breakfast provisions and coffee machine. Nestled amongst private extensive GARDENS this one bedroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge-dining and undercover BBQ area. Managed by SUPERHOSTS, the unit has VIEWS of and access to the WATERFRONT. This elegantly appointed BnB has a private bathroom, air-conditioning and Foxtel TV with sports, entertainment & movie channels. Community POOL and CAFES a short walk away. Babies under 6 months only.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Riches Travelers Retreat

Riches Travels Retreat is a relaxed, private and stylish space. An ideal base to explore local cafes, restaurants or if you are visiting family or friends and need a place to rest between visits. If you're in the area for work or traveling through and just need a place to sleep over night before continuing your journey. Then Riches Travels Retreat is ideal too. Need something larger, check out Riches Retreat which is next door. Sleeps up to 4 and is self-contained and pet friendly.

The Collectors Studio

A stroll from the beach and nestled amongst the trees, our sweet seaside studio is filled with treasures we have collected along the way. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

My Summerland Home

Fully self contained studio on an absolute waterfront property, separated from the main house and with full access to the waterfront. This freshly renovated studio offers a king size bed , private en-suite, lounge-dining and kitchenette with all you need for a getaway on the shores of Lake Macquarie. Enjoy full use of the waterfront location using our kayaks , paddle boards, fishing gear and deep water jetty. Sundowners , lazy days awaits you.

This also is my home so half of the bedroom wardrobe contains some clothing.
