Hello and welcome to SHADY REST! SHADY REST is in a perfect setting in the downtown area of Hiawassee Georgia. It is nestled in the mountains along beautiful Lake Chatuge and has been recently remodeled. Sorry no pets are allowed. Features: 3 king sized beds, 3 large double vanity bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 8, living areas upstairs and down with TV's, large kitchen and dining area, laundry room, fireplace and dock provided with boat slip. Ursa Minor Waterfall Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Relax listening to the creek and waterfall. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are less than 10 minutes from downtown Clayton. The charming city has shops, coffee, restaurants, a brewery and Wander North Georgia. The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Snowbird Creek Cabin, Flyfish, Tail of the Dragon

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.

In cooler weather, snuggle up by the fire with a good book. Lake Santeetlah is nestled in the mountains of NC, and 80% of the coastline is national forest.
