Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Wisteria Garden

Wisteria Garden is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located less than three miles from the Sonoma Square. This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. The TV service we use is Roku with at least 3 of : Netflix, Apple+, Disney, HBO, and Showtime. Sonoma County has the following regulations in place: Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM No amplified music outside. TOT #: 2694N Maximum occupancy is four adults and children.

Andrea’s Hidden Cottage is newly remodeled and beautifully furnished and updated with a queen size bed and posturepedic mattress, flat screen cable television, heating and air conditioning, and stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink.
