On the first floor the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . A communal BBQ is by the tennis court. It is a short level 250m walk to the golf club.

The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. The location is outstanding, set amongst beautiful forest but still only minutes from the stunning beaches of Tomakin, Mossy Point and Broulee with Mogo Zoo and the village of Mogo just down the road. Enjoy direct access to the river from our private boatshed and jetty, where you can fish, kayak or watch the river ebbing by. Or simply relax and enjoy the sunsets from the sweeping decks overlooking the river and pool.
