You'll be sure to be rejuvenated here after your trips to the nearest beach (only a 15 minute drive) and outings on the town (only 10 minutes by car to downtown). This spot includes a private parking spot and a private yard. Yours to enjoy are a very comfortable queen bed, TV in bedroom, Fast WiFi, and a well stocked kitchenette. There are also two canyon hikes within a 2 minute walk with views of downtown for sunset.

Come stay in our charming, and relaxing home! The entire house is yours to enjoy! We recently installed Air Conditioning unit to make your stay more comfortable! Guests have access to a queen size bed in both bedrooms, a full size sofa bed in the living room, and one pull out twin. **Located only 10-20 mins away from the airport, downtown, Old Town area, Sea World, and the beaches! **No smoking, parties, or pets! If there a pet is present in the apartment, then there will be a $100 penalty.

This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. We are a short Uber drive to downtown and everywhere else San Diego has to offer. We hope you stay with us soon!

The living room features 2 futons, accommodating an additional (4) guests. Experience the quaint ambiance surrounded by Victorian homes in this neighborhood while enjoying close proximity to Downtown San Diego and its surrounding areas.
