The apartment is located in a typical alley in the historic center of Perugia, a 3-minute walk from the main course. It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend holidays surrounded by the wonderful scenery of the medieval city. In the house you can immerse yourself in an elegant atmosphere to enjoy relaxing moments. Refined furnishings and attention to detail make for a comfortable and restful stay. The house consists of a large living room with adjoining kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The apartment is located near the station of the mini tube connecting the center to the outskirts of Perugia and the neighborhood is also accessible by several bus. In the nearby there are restaurants, bars, wine bars, parking fee and free.

Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. Caratteristico appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Perugia dal quale godere una delle viste più famose della città. La recente ristrutturazione ha permesso di valorizzare i tratti antichi coniugandoli con quelli più contemporanei: un ampio soggiorno con travi a vista e comodo divano letto memory, una moderna cucina, una camera matrimoniale con vasca da bagno per due persone (servizio pagamento per utilizzi giornalieri dopo il primo), un bagno con ampia doccia e giardino condominiale.

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Heart Balloon House - Centro Storico Perugia

Un piccolo gioiellino, totalmente ristrutturato, dotato di tutti i comfort moderni in una struttura edilizia risalente all'anno 1000. Nel pieno centro della città si trova a 50 metri da Palazzo dei Priori e da Corso Vannucci. Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

L’ appartamento si trova in uno dei quartieri più affascinanti ed animati del centro storico, il “ Borgo Bello”. Vicino alle scalette di sant’Ercolano, la chiesa di San Domenico e il museo Archeologico, il borgo è ricco di negozi, locali, ristoranti e bar.
