Spacious studio apartment with in-floor heat & large deck in the trees off main street in Norwood. Walking distance to everything. Off-street parking. Close to Telluride for skiing and festivals! Biking and hiking trails are a 5-minute drive away. Miramonte Reservoir is also close by for fishing, boating and swimming. There is one queen-sized bed, in-floor heat and a full kitchen. Pet fee is $50, and only one pet (dog only) allowed. You may not leave the dog unaccompanied in the apartment.

Great for family vacations, hunting trips, hiking, and biking. This house is for rent nightly or weekly. We can not accommodate any pets. Please note that the base price is for 2 guests; additional guests are $30 each. We do keep track of the number of guests in the house, simply because we care about our home.
