Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Reisnock - Hochgruberhof", built from natural materials, is located on the farm.

The apartment Thalerhof Sancta Sebastianus is located in Unterinn Ritten, 15 minutes by car (11 km) away from Bolzano/Bozen.
