Enjoy unlimited views of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian monuments in my air-conditioned 93 m² top-floor apartment. Located in a secure building with 24/7 concierge service, it offers luxury and security. No visitors, except tenants, will be allowed. A verification may occur for each entry. Close to the Invalides and Montparnasse, the apartment is bathed in light. You will find: two bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

Vous disposez du logement entier que j’ai eu plaisir à décorer ! À proximité des cafés, restaurants, jardins dans un quartier sécurisé, non loin de la Tour Eiffel !

However, the tranquility and the clear views you'll experience make it well worth the ascent.

Vous accéderez à l’appartement directement par l’ascenseur qui vous emmènera au dernier étage de l’immeuble.

Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.

Our apartment is in a courtyard of several artists' studios built early 20th century. It's hidden from the street, behind a building, so very quiet. Also very light and sunny as we have high windows. It's up one flight of stairs and inside it is a duplex, the living area, kitchen and a WC downstairs, bedroom, office space and shower room upstairs.
