TV e tavolo. Cucina dotata di frigo, freezer, forno, fornello a gas, lavello, bollitore, caffettiera e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Terrazzo vista lago con tavolo e sedie. Aria condizionata. Bellissimo monolocale in provincia di Roma nel comune di Marino. Presenta una camera da letto e lettino da campeggio per un bambino con angolo cottura, bagno e un bel giardino privato con barbecue.
