Gas stations are just up the road and local grocery store and bakery less than ten minutes away. Hometown Cafe and hamburger spots, also delivery for pizza and pasta. Book a fun horseback ride. This venue has a two-night minimum stay, and (30-day max, negotiable.) Free standing/no attached neighbors. Fenced back yard/deck area/ commercial propane grill and seating. Venue offers all the modern conveniences in the center of fishing, hiking, rock climbing, 4 wheeling. Reasonably priced, immaculate accommodations. Great Wi-Fi provides a work/play option. Dining, food supplies, and fuel are steps away at the General Store and grill. Beautifully restored, tiny historic treasure (studio).

I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed. We are Located in a quiet rural farming community about 30 minutes South of Provo Utah. Beautiful Mountain View with Easy access to the Freeway . We have a Convenient BBQ area with a pergola and mood lighting for a relaxing night setting.

This family-friendly space has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and backyard access. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll have multiple options for food, shopping, and outdoor adventures!

Spacious one bedroom basement apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Newly remodeled with a separate entrance. Roomy living/dining room, full kitchen, and newly carpeted bedroom. Fully fenced backyard (shared with host) with shade, grass, patio, and BBQ. 15 minutes from BYU, 35 minutes from Sundance, 15 minutes from Hobble Creek Golf Course, and 10 minutes from Walmart and other shopping.

Convenient Basement Getaway!

Cozy basement retreat in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants, shops, and mountains. 15 min from BYU, 25 min from UVU, 45 min from Salt Lake, 30 min from 5th Water Hot Springs, 21 mi from Sundance. (Small family lives upstairs.) Due to a severe family allergy, we can’t host Service or Emotional Support Animals. Airbnb approved an exemption. Sorry for any inconvenience!
