Casa Škitaconka - Family house

Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Holiday House Lucija

This beautiful estate is not only exceptionally unique, but also has every modern necessary to feel more than comfortable. Situated in the heart of nature, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. House built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

Villa Maya

Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.

Villa Albina nalazi se u mirnom ruralnom području u mjestu Skrpčići na otoku Krku. Jedinstvena, renovirana na način da zadrži svoju autentičnost, s mnogo rustikalnih detalja. Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju.
