Läget är fantastiskt på grund av panoramautsikten, utrymmena, avskildheten och solen såklart! Det är tillräckligt nära centrum för kvällar ute men tillräckligt långt borta för lugn och ro. Övre våningen (denna) med infinitypool och takterrass är perfekt för den stora familjen eller 2 familjer med barn!

Casita Blanca | Beautiful house with sea view

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Casa Clementine

House in the center of the village refurbished 100% (in 2019). Close to everything but without noise, five minutes to beach. 2 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. The house has two floors with a large patio that looks at the living room and the bedroom upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The patio has a shower with hot water.

Ons charmante huis in authentieke 'pueblo' stijl ligt in het mooiste park van Nerja 'Oasis de Capistrano' is perfect voor een heerlijke vakantie aan de zuidkust van Spanje. Met uitzicht op zee, prachtige tuin, het strand en horeca op zo'n 8 min lopen en het centrum een kwartier. Er zijn drie zwembaden en parkeerplek. Het huis heeft twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een fijne woonkamer met aangrenzende keuken én een terras (+buitenhaard) met prachtig uitzicht op zee.

The property has amazing sea views from every room. From the terrace you can enjoy 180 degrees of sea view with sun all day. The apartment is easy to access, with no stairs (just one step) and free parking on the street outside. There is a great pool close to the property (open early Apr to late Oct) and the closest beach (el Playazo) is 700 meters away and goes 1.5 km towards center of Nerja. It takes around 5 minutes to drive into the center of Nerja.
