Facing the backyard, the apartment stays extremely quiet all day long. There are many bars and restaurants just around the corner, two minutes from Ben-Gurion Boulevard, five minutes from Ibe Gavirol and Dizengoff, and only 10 minutes from the beach. Easy access to buses, taxis, and bikes! Please note that our apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.

The apartment is on the 8th floor of the Marine Towers in Herzelia Pitu’ach, a 5-10 minute walk to the Acadia and Daniel hotels. It has two rooms, a living room and bedroom + kitchen + 1 full bathroom and second toilet and sink. There is panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and seashore. The building faces the magnificent Herzelia marina. The apartment building is located above the Arena shopping mall with cinemas, cafes, restaurants, fashion shops plus many more shops such as a pharmacy There is a fully equipped gym with wet and dry sauna In the building and a swimming pool that is open April through November. The kitchen is designed for Kashruth observers.
