Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Located in a quiet street in the The Park (a private residential estate, formerly a royal deer park, adjoining Nottingham Castle) it’s a 5 min walk to the city centre and within easy reach of the Motorpoint Arena, Theatre & City Ground, Trent Bridge, the QMC and both universities. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Guests have exclusive use of the south facing, sunken patio, super fast WiFi and free car parking. Air con unit.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

You can walk to the Nottingham castle, Theatre Royal, Nottingham Playhouse or the Motorpoint Arena, or to many pubs (incl. the Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem dated back from 1068), restaurants including the nationally acclaimed Alchemilla & Japanese Kushi-ya . Close to universities, train station and the QMC.

Private detached studio accommodation with shower room and WC Off road parking is available. Close links to Nottingham centre 10mins in the car, also good transport links via carlton Hill or Porchester road. Stylishly finished with all the necessities of a cosy stay. ***Please note the studio does not include kitchen facillities. Studio A in Gamston offers a quest house accommodation with a garden. The property features a private bathroom. Guests benefit from private check-in and check-out, an outdoor seating area, picnic area, full-day security, and luggage storage. Free on-site private parking is available. Please note, there is no oven within this property. The guest house is near Trent Bridge Cricket Ground (3 km), National Ice Centre (5 km), and Nottingham Castle (6 km)

Fosse Paddock Country Studio 5 - Free Parking

Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose-built, self-contained ground level studio apartments situated on 2 acres with picturesque countryside views. Accommodating 2 adults & possibly up to 2 children in each studio. This particular studio built in 2025 is of an open plan layout throughout including king sized bed, 2 free view TVs, large walk-in shower, sofa bed and full kitchen. There is free secure parking on site for up to two cars.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
