Woodend is a beautiful cottage set in a semi rural setting, with stunning aspects from all bedrooms and sitting room. Quiet and tranquil garden and patio area, perfect for enjoying a glass of bubbly and taking in the wonderful views and relaxing. The semi detached cottage is stylish and tastefully decorated. Part of the beauty of Woodend is even though you are surrounded by fields, it’s only a stroll into Dumfries town centre (20 mins) where you will find pubs, restaurants and shopping.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located two bedroomed apartment in historic Dumfries. Connections with our national poet Robert Burns surround you. His pub, the Globe, his house and his mausoleum are all within a few minutes’ walk. Enjoy the balcony views of the river and easy access to shops, restaurants, walks, cinema, leisure swimming pool and other local amenities. Set in the picturesque and peaceful village of New Abbey. The accommodation comprises of a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and drawer space. Upstairs is the kitchen/living area and a shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the living area allowing beds for 4 people but also available is a single bed which can be placed in the main bedroom for any young children. 'Courtyard Cottage' is situated in a courtyard - previously stables and tastefully converted to a high standard. Easy driving distance of the A74(M), with good rail & bus links. The cottage provides the ideal base to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the area. Plenty of lovely walks, sailing, fishing, wild life and great night skies. Perfect to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the many attractions and scenery. parking is available.

Kirkland Cottage

Kirkland Cottage is completely self-contained and is attached to our main house in an enclosed, secluded and large garden. Although only two miles from Dumfries Town Centre it is in a quiet, rural location. There is ample parking beside the cottage and a lockable room for storage of bicycles and other leisure equipment. The cottage provides a great base from which to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the immediate locality.

Lovely central 2 bedroom apartment

Great, modern 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Dumfries centre. The living area comes with a large corner sofa bed and wide screen smart TV. There is two bedrooms: 1 with a comfy king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The good- sized kitchen is well stocked with an induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine. The bathroom comes with walk in shower, sink, WC and toiletries.

The Stables

The Stables is a quirky conversion on what was once a strawberry picking farm. Set within 30 acres of beautiful pastoral farmland the cottage is a peaceful rural retreat. A stones throw from some of Scotland's finest unspoiled and quiet beaches and within driving distance of all of the 7stanes mounting biking trails for those looking for a little more adventure.

The Lily Pod

The Lily Pod is a self-contained holiday pod situated at our pond here at Lochhill Farm. It can sleep up to 4 people but more suited to two. The Pod has an open plan bedroom, living, dining and mini kitchen area and an enclosed shower room. Outside we have an open decking looking on to The Pond and further towards Criffel.
