Paradise welcomes you at Rita Villa Beach house on Nettles Island. The Beach house has a spacious open floor plan, large living/dining room, fully equipped eat in kitchen and screened in sunroom. Master bedroom has Queen size bed, 2nd guest room has Queen size bed, 3rd guest bedroom has Trundle 2 twin beds. Rita Villa is a 0.2 mile walk to a private Ocean access beach and pool. Nettles Island has lots to do with loads of ammenities.

(approximately 6ft from house)There is open water on the property. Water with no railings, fencing, etc. The unit is open concept. suitable for 2 adults. not suitable for children.
