Die ca. 100 qm große Wohnung ist eine von zwei Ferienwohnungen im Waldhaus Neuleutasch, das in einer kleinen Siedlung zwischen Seefeld und Weidach direkt am Waldrand liegt. Sie besteht aus einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich, einer Küche mit Sitzecke, Wohnzimmer mit Schwedenofen, drei Schlafzimmern, WC und Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, separatem WC und einem großen Südbalkon, der über Wohn- und Schlafzimmer 1 erreichbar ist. Eine große Wiese und ein Stück Wald mit Bach gehören zum Haus.
