Peaceful and quiet studio located 3 miles south of Ayden. 15 minutes south of greenville/ winterville. country setting 700 ft from Hwy 11. 1/4 mile from a large flea market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Ruku smart 43" 4k UHD TV, 34"x 48" large shower. 36" high vanity. 4'x5' closet. I strive to keep my cleanliness standards above industry standards. Remote controlled heating/air-conditioning. The Stowe Away is just outside of Battleboro. It is connected with The Stowe Away 2 like apartments but they are completely separate houses. This house has four bedrooms, two and one half baths, laundry room and an open living dining and kitchen. It has a large fenced in pool area that you can relax in. The pool and the pool area is shared between the The Stowe Away and The Stowe Away 2...There is a gas grill in the pool area that both houses can use....Also there is a gas fire pit.

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
