Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss besitzt ein eigens Badezimmer. Weiters befindet sich in der Ferienwohnung ein großer Aufenthaltsraum inklusive einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und ein Garten. Im Haus befindet sich zusätzlich ein Skikeller. Im Preis ist im Sommer die Stubai Super Card inkludiert.

Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Die Küche ist komplett mit Kochherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Kochtöpfen und Geschirr eingerichtet. Die Bäder und der Flur sind zusätzlich mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. A trip to Innsbruck is made easy by the good bus connections (bus stop 200 metres away)
