Located in the heart of historic downtown Nevada City, the upstairs 2nd floor apartment has large windows, lots of light, and even more character! This sunny getaway has a living room that overlooks the main street of town, one bedroom with a queen bed, a separate study with writing desk, a kitchen, dining area, and more. It is literally a step away from restaurants, shops, galleries, activities, events, and the nightlife on Broad Street. Not suitable for infants and children. No pets allowed.

This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free. We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup.
